DentaRates is a platform that allows users to record and compare dental treatment prices and share experiences. The Service includes: submitting treatment entries (procedure, price, provider, insurance information), viewing aggregated price data, and optional AI-assisted insights. We do not provide dental or medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
3. Not Medical or Professional Advice
All content and data on DentaRates are for informational and comparison purposes only. They do not constitute medical, dental, legal, or financial advice. You should always consult qualified professionals for treatment decisions, cost estimates, or insurance matters. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information found on the Service.
4. User Content and Conduct
When you submit treatment data, reviews, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and aggregate that content to operate and improve the Service. You represent that your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or illegal content or to use the Service for spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Price and treatment data on DentaRates come from user submissions and may contain errors or reflect specific circumstances (location, insurance, provider) that do not apply to you. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Averages and ranges are illustrative only and should not be relied upon as quotes or guarantees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentaRates and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.
